Eager to refine his musical prowess, he embarked on a formal education at the Escuela de Música de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (EMUAS) in Mexico, immersing himself in the realms of opera, piano, and violin, despite formidable financial constraints. Life's exigencies necessitated a temporary departure from formal education, but his devotion to original music never wavered as he lent his vocal talents to various bands, performing covers.
